Borrower Story: 

ORDE partnered with a broker to provide funding for a client’s $1.8 million purchase of a 1,200 sqm site in Sydney’s metro area. The property, which included a rundown house, had an approved DA for the construction of three townhouses — presenting a clear opportunity to unlock higher value through redevelopment.

The borrower’s ownership structure added a layer of complexity, with the property to be held in a unit trust involving multiple unit holders. Thanks to our team’s expertise and flexible approach to deal structuring, we were able to quickly approve a 30-year loan at 75% LVR, including 5 years of Interest Only.
