Borrower Story:

Our broker’s clients were a married couple seeking funding for a house and land package to build their new family home. The settlement date for land purchase was coming up, but they were still finalising build plans and wouldn’t be ready to commence construction within 3 months.

ORDE quickly approved an Alt Doc Vacant Land loan using an Accountant’s Declaration to verify income for the self-employed borrower.

Our lending team remained closely involved in the months leading up to and throughout the build, providing guidance on valuations and progress drawdowns. Once construction was complete, the borrowers moved into their new home and over to our standard Residential loan.
